What is the difference between owners and admins?
- Organization Owner: Owner of the account in Zoho Projects Plus. They can add users to the account and assign individual applications to them. When a user requests access to any application, an approval email is sent to the organization owner. Learn More. The organization owner is also an admin.
- To view the organization owner, navigate to Directory in the bottom-left panel and select Organization. You can view the owner details along with other organization details.
- Application Owner: Owner of the application’s account that is now associated with Zoho Projects Plus. For example, if an existing account from Zoho Projects is associated with Zoho Projects Plus, the owner of the Zoho Projects account is the application owner.

- Admin: Users with admin privileges in Zoho Projects Plus. Admins will have access to the App Setting Directory where the overall setup and the individual application settings can be managed.
