Accessing Zoho Sign from Zoho PeoplePlus
This page lists the actions supported via Zoho Sign in the Zoho PeoplePlus bundle. This includes both the actions supported via native integrations between Zoho Sign and the products in the bundle and the actions accessible directly from the Zoho Sign app interface.
In Zoho Sign
Sending documents for signatures and signing documents directly using the Zoho Sign app interface are not supported in the Zoho PeoplePlus edition. The actions supported on the Zoho Sign app interface (both web and mobile) that are listed below are strictly limited to the documents sent from the Zoho People and Zoho Recruit integrations.
- Edit documents and workflows
- Send reminders, recall documents, extend deadline
- Download and email documents
- Save documents to cloud, automatic cloud backup
- Download completion certificate, export audit trails
- Accept print and sign (physically signed) documents
- Edit templates set up using People integration
- Rebranding - Email templates, Organization details, Legal disclosure
- Recipient redirection
- Configure personal and organization email aliases to send from (via DKIM)
- Reports
- User profile
- Email notifications
- Other account settings (admins only)
- API*
Any other action, either through the app itself or using native integrations with other Zoho apps, unless specifically listed above, requires a separate functional Zoho Sign license.
NOTE: All API-related actions, webhooks, and 3rd party integrations (actions, workflows, and automation) that require API credits are supported provided the user purchases sufficient API credits in accordance with their usage.
In Zoho People
The actions supported on the Zoho People app interface are performed via the Zoho Sign integration for Zoho People (can be enabled from the Integration tab).

Each send consumes a Zoho Sign API credit purchased at an additional cost in denominations of 100 at $0.5 per credit

- Bulk send operations
Bulk send is subject to fair use and may be disabled if abused.

In Zoho Recruit
The actions supported on the Zoho Recruit app interface are performed via the Zoho Sign extension for Zoho Recruit (available for installation from Zoho Marketplace).
