How threshold values are calculated?

1. Cycle time of item 1 = 25d (d denotes duration in days)
   
2. Cycle time of item 2 = 45d
   
3. Cycle time of item 3 = 50d
   
4. Cycle time of item 4 = 30d
   
5. Cycle time of item 5 = 60d 

Formula for percentile

Note: Since percentile value shows ranking or position, the duration needs to be sorted in ascending order.

How to read cycle time process control report?

1. X-axis denotes the end dates of the items by week.
   
2. Y-axis denotes the cycle time of the items.
   
3. The threshold limits are represented as percentile values of cycle time.
   
4. The items are plotted based on their completion within each cycle time percentile.

Insights

1. You can get the cycle time process assessment of items for a preferred date range.
   
2. You can view the cycle time of items under each threshold limit, which is calculated based on the number of items and their completion time.
   
3. You can track the items under each cycle time threshold limit.

Report table

Access cycle time variation report

1. Go to the kanban project.
   
2. Select the Reports module.
   
3. Select Cycle Time Process Control report type.
   
4. Specify a date range to generate the report.
   
5. Click the Get button. The report for the specified period will be generated.
   
6. Hover over the plotted points to view details.
   
7. Click the plotted points or scroll down to navigate to the detailed table for the report.

You can export the reports in PDF and PNG formats for external use.

You can schedule exports to automate periodic export of the reports. Navigate to the Export History to access the exported files.
