Form Data

You can also create a form directly on Zoho Sites using Form Data.

 

To access forms created within Zoho Sites

  1.  Select Form Data from the menu on the left panel.

All the created forms will be visible on the left. The records of the selected form will be listed in the next section.
You can choose to customize an existing form or create a new form.

To create a new form using an existing template

  1. Click Create a Form.

  1. Select a form from the list of available templates and click Add.

  2. A new form will be created and will be listed. Click Customize to edit the fields of the form.

  3. You can add more fields, move around field arrangement, and delete existing fields. You can also edit field property using the available options.

     

To build your own form

  1. Click on Build Your Own Form button.
  2. Provide a Form Name. Click Create a Form.
  3. You can drag and drop all the required fields. You can also change the field property.

Customize an existing Form 

Select the form to be customized and click CustomizeYour form will open in Edit Mode.

  • Use the Fields section to add more fields to your form. You can drag and drop fields to the desired location on your form.

  • Use Form Properties to manage several properties of the form such as validation, location and successful completion of the form.

  • Use Field Properties to manage the properties of each field individually. You can change the options in the drop down, select visibility of fields to specified section of people.

  • Click Back to Form Data to return. All changes to your form will be automatically saved.

Forms that you create will be listed under the Other Forms menu, where you can access them for later use.
