We hope you're enjoying your experience on the new and improved version of Zoho Sites. Our refreshed UI, combined with several new features and enhancements, helps you build beautiful, intuitive, and robust websites for business. Read on to find out if you need to migrate your website to the latest version to enjoy all its benefits in full.
Users with websites built before January 30th, 2018 must migrate their websites by April 30th, 2024.
We will soon stop development and feature updates for the older version of Zoho Sites. We suggest that you migrate to the latest version of Zoho Sites as soon as possible to continue uninterrupted business operations.
We take the content of your website and upload it to one of the new version templates. All content, such as text, images, audio, video, and blog posts, will be transferred. Please note that migration is not a tool that can be used to design websites; it is simply a content transfer tool.
Your website will be fully functional on the new UI. You can switch templates at any time and add any customization you require. However, your existing forms and form data will not be migrated, so they will need to be re-added. Existing integrations will also have to be reconnected.
Simply email us at support@zohosites.com with your request to migrate, and we will take care of the rest.
The legacy version of the Zoho site builder is scheduled to be discontinued on April 30th, 2024. Your website will be inaccessible after April 30th, 2024. We urge you to migrate your website at the earliest to ensure uninterrupted operations.
