Hello, I am new to CRM coming from SFDC. I am trying to set up a sales program using CRM for sales forecasting and customer quoting. What I am unable to understand is how to update the actual quantities of products that are part of a deal which ultimately drives the deal amount or opportunity size. In other systems its actually just a matter of selecting the products tab in the deal, then updating the quantities for each product, then saving. This then drives the deal amount. The same is true with authoring a quote in that deal. When you set the deal up with products, quantities and sell prices, this should automatically flow into the quote and allow a sales person to use those products that are already setup. Are any of these features available in CRM? Am I Missing something?
