1. Navigate to Accountant -> Chart of Accounts -> Create a new Account with account type as Other current liability. 2. Now, under Purchase -> Expenses, while recording the Expense choose the relevant Expense account and paid through account as this newly created Other current liability account. 3. Now to record the reimbursement entry by the company, kindly create it as as an Expense entry choosing expense account as the Other current liability account created earlier. I’ve been using Zoho Books for a while now, and it’s helped me keep track of everything. It’s pretty easy to use, even on the go. I love how it syncs everything seamlessly across devices so I can stay on top of my finances no matter where I am. The mobile app is excellent for managing expenses, sending invoices, and checking reports when I’m out and about. One thing I’d recommend, though, is to check if your company is registered with the Dutch company register. It makes things like VAT reporting a lot smoother. Overall, Zoho Books has been solid for me, but it's always worth exploring other tools to see what works best for you.
