IE11の場合にSalesIQのチャットで日本語が入力できない

IE11の場合にSalesIQのチャットで日本語が入力できない

IE11を利用しているユーザーでSalesIQのチャット画面（ディフォルト）で、名前やメールの入力エリアは、日本語入力可能ですが、テキストエリアは、日本語が入力できないです。
IE11以外のブラウザーでは問題なく入力できます。　同じ画面でオフラインの時は、IE11でもいけるので、オンライン時のIE11のテキスト入力エリアだけの問題なので、システムバグ的な話だと思います。
IE11自体は、まだ13%も利用率があるため切り捨てるのは、難しいため対応をお願い
したいです。
