Non-administrators cannot export PDF of wiki in proper page order or hierarchy

Is there a way to export the wiki as a PDF which honors the hierarchy and page order, instead of dumping it by date last updated?

I tried this suggestion:
http://help.zoho.com/portal/en/community/topic/page-order-hierarchy-for-storage-and-export

However, this option is available only for administrators and not authenticated users.
