I know I have seen other articles on this forum about Unattended Support licenses, and I just wanted to hit on that and a couple of other points.
I would love to use Zoho Assist as my primary way of doing remote support for my customers, but i believe the product is still in an infant stages.
Currently I am using Connectwise Control, which for 54$ monthly (which is what I pay) I get unlimited unattended access licenses, which is a big plus for me. Granted, i am only using 49 unattended support installs, and i know I can get 100 for like $30 with Zoho, but as soon as i upgrade to the next level which is $60/month for 250, then I am already paying more than what I would with the current product I have.
I want to also comment on the fact that with the current product i'm using, i can chat with the customer thru the unattended support, start and stop services (without connecting to the desktop), send remote dos commands, check installed software loaded on the machine, review the event logs and a few other nice features (like OS version, RAM usage, HD usage, etc).
I look forward to the day where Zoho Assist has these features.. I even would be willing to switch from my current product to Zoho Assist even without the unlimited unattended support, if it had these features that I mentioned above. Even if there was an additional cost to have an unlimited unattended support, i would probably pay that, but it would have to be less than the 54$ month..
Just a couple of thoughts, ramblings, and suggestions from my point of view.
Thanks for listening!
