Hi. Firstly, I like Zoho Assist. I have a couple of things that will make it better for me and certainty will make your product better and others to use.

Changing color scheme for banner per department. 
I have more than two departments now. As intended, I like to keep them separate for their purposes. The only thing that I can see to distinsguish which department I am currently in is the small text in the corner that gets cut off after ~13 characters. It would be much more noticeable to see the banner (tabs for Remote support, unattended access, settings buttons, etc) and maybe the background change color based on the department you are actively in. 

Allow to disable animations in HTML technician console.
When I am working fast and want to find a specific command/tool/setting, the animations for opening the menus/tabs takes too long and visually too busy when browsing. I want to see those menus appear immediately instead of transitioning to appear. That would make my work much more efficient, and easier to find what I need. 

Give technician (or admin) ability to remove notification of clipboard sharing. 
I see this is a hot topic already. I agree that either, preferably, allow technicians to disable prompt to notify or change the design of dialogue box asking permission for clipboard sharing.
