Trying to install Zoho Assist on Debian Machine
Hello! I am trying to install Zoho assist on a Debian machine. I have done this successfully on other remote machines, but only today ran into issues: uname -a Linux raspberry 5.10.0-15-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 5.10.120-1 (2022-06-09) x86_64 GNU/Linux Steps:

I have a problem with the installation file for Zoho Assist. At our school we have network accounts and users' documents are stored on a network drive. When I log into the computer using a local administrator account, the program installs fine because it installs inside that administrators local My Documents folder. Failed to join session - Windows
Hi, We keep getting an error message saying "Failed to join remote session due to the following reason:" and then it doesn't give a reason (See attached screenshot.) We use folder redirection for our user files (documents, download, desktop etc.) which means a users download folder is stored on the network. It seems that running the ZA_Connect.exe file from a network location returns the attached error code. When we run the ZA_Connect.exe file from a local disk such as a usb stick it works fine.

My remote assist session failed today because: The end user, using Edge, was prompted with "You'll need a new app to open this zohoassistlaunch." The only choice is "Look for an app in the store." Zoho Assist OTP
I am locked out of Zoho Assist because it requires a mobile number for an OTP, however my number has been used on another account. I don't have another number, meaning I am locked out of Assist. The message says it's for security, however I already have Zoho OneAuth and Google Authenticator enabled for 2FA. There is absolutely no need for yet another auth method. Please either disable this completely unnecessary request, or let me know which account has already used my mobile number.

My Zoho Assist Unattended Client is asking for Session ID when I try to connect to it

When a client of mine goes to join.zoho.com on a Windows 7 and downloads the client program, za_connect.exe, and then runs it, they get this error: The program can't start because ClientSocket,al is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program
Extension for GPO deployment file ZohoAssistStartupScript.zip
It's not a big deal but at the same time it should be a quick fix. I used the link to download the "ZohoAssistStartupScript.zip" from the GPO deployment page but the file is downloaded and saved as "ZohoAssistStartupScript_Support" without the .zip extension, so whatever application is registered to handle .zip files is not associated with it and causes the application selection window to open asking for the application that should be used to open the file.

Unattended Access stopped working on all our Macs
We have a small marketing firm, and we use the Unattended access to remotely install updates and roll out new items when our employees are gone in the evenings. Hi to all. I'm trying trial version of Zoho Unattended Assist with 3 windows and 2 linux machines (one is raspberry pi). Few days ago I'm experimenting a problem with the linux remote machines. Connection is made without problems but after that there is no more response, in all linux remote machine. No click response, no mouse movement response. No problems in windows remote machines. Slow File Transfer
I purchased Zoho Assist to further evaluate the product. When I send a file to a client PC the speed maxes out at 6 Mbps. On the same PC's and the with same file using Splashtop I get 60+ Mbps. I have 1 Gig fiber and the client has 200 Mbps download speed. I tried at different times and made sure the client network was idle. Is this normal?

Hi, I was pleased to log in today and find groups available to the unattended computers in the web portal J . How ever I seem to have already broken it L. I moved a computer to the wrong group, moved it to the correct group and now appears in both groups. I tried removing the computer but that removes it from the whole system.
