Overview
Events are good opportunities to network with people outside your existing circle. When you're going to an event, keeping track of every detail can be challenging. Being able to access the event wherever you are makes it easier for you to learn something new, build relationships, and share your knowledge with other attendees.
An event managed with Zoho Backstage lets you craft your own experience, from buying your ticket, right through to the end of the event. Access the event on any smart device and view all the information about the event in one place. In this guide, you will learn how to access the event on the go with the attendee app.
Note: Any event you view on the attendee app reflects the same design that the particular
event microsite has. Depending on how your event organizer has designed the microsite, the names of the pages, tabs, and buttons might vary from different events you have viewed.
Supported versions
Access your event by downloading the
Zoho Backstage mobile app for attendees on your
Android device or
iOS device.
- For Android: Lollipop (5.0) and up
- For iOS: iOS 9.3 and up
For the best experience, we recommend the operating system of your device is kept up to date, and that you use the latest version of the app.
Note: You can also access the event by visiting it's microsite on your web browser.
