1. Licenses are valid for one year from the purchase date.
   
2. For Zoho One and Marketing Plus plans, licenses remain valid until the plan expires.
   
3. Your existing data remains intact during the transition.
   
4. You maintain full control over event activation.
   

1. Licenses can be revoked until a paid ticket is sold. 
   
2. Once an event is live and paid tickets are sold, the license is consumed and valid only for that event.
   
3. You can reassign licenses from old events to new ones before they go live.

Attaching a license to an event

1. Locate and open the event you want to attach the license to.
2. Click the Attach License button in the top-right corner.
3. If you have only one license, it will be applied automatically.
4. If you have multiple licenses, select the desired license and click Attach License.

2. Open the event menu.
3. Click Attach License. The Attach License dialog box will appear.

2. Click Apply to Event under Actions.

Mapping Custom Domain

1. Log in to your Zoho Backstage account.
   
2. Open the event designer by clicking on the event with a Premium license and higher. 
   
3. Go to Settings > Custom Domain.
   
4. Enter your domain.
   
5. Secure your domain by applying for a Domain SSL certificate.
6. Click Verify Domain Mapping to complete the setup.
   

Note: A domain can only be used for one event at a time. You must revoke the domain from the current event before using it with another.  

Handling trial expiration   

1. Purchasing a per-event license and attaching it will activate the features for the specific event.
   
2. During the trial, all features remain active until a per-event add-on is purchased. Once the add-on is purchased, the trial ends immediately, and all the features of your add-on will become fully accessible.
3. You can revoke licenses from already created events and attach them to new ones as needed.
   

Managing the event team  

1. Per-event license users can add event team members.
   
2. Portal member management is restricted to subscription users.
   
3. When switching from the Premium Trial, only the portal owner remains as a member. To add more team members, go to Manage > Team within the event.
