RazorPay

RazorPay is a payment gateway that processes online payments and automates payouts for merchant organizations. Integrate it with your Backstage portal to process payments from ticket sales and receive your payouts. Zoho Backstage doesn't charge you any commission for ticket sales but you might have to pay RazorPay a transaction fee. Learn more about RazorPay's transaction fees.

The only payment method supported by Backstage for RazorPay is their checkout, RazorPay Checkout. RazorPay is available for Backstage users who have set India as their payout country.

Note

Before adding a payment gateway for your portal, ensure that you've set a payment mode and selected your payout country. You can do this on either a portal level or an event level.
If you're setting up your payment gateway for the first time, you will be asked to select it when choosing your payment mode. Select RazorPay from the list of payment gateways in the Add payment gateway panel and enter your credentials to proceed with the integration.

Configure RazorPay for your portal

Add your RazorPay account to Backstage to collect your payouts from tickets sold through your event microsites. Sign up for an account now if you don't have one already.

You can integrate your RazorPay account with Backstage using your RazorPay email address and password.

Go to Portal Settings > Payment > Payment Setup tab, from the Portal Page.
Click on the Add Payment Gateway link in the Online Payments section. The Add payment gateway panel will appear.
Click Done. You will be redirected to RazorPay's sign-in page.
Sign in to your RazorPay account using your email address and password.
Provide permission for Zoho Backstage to access your RazorPay account. You will be redirected back to your Zoho Backstage Account.

Note: Your RazorPay account details can't be edited once they are added.
