Data Enrichment Topping
With the Data Enrichment topping, you can automatically enhance your contact and company records using a variety of public sources. You can use this topping to pull in missing details like job titles, company information, and social profiles using basic inputs like an email address or a company name.
If you are in sales or marketing, this topping can help you save a lot of time. For example, you might receive a new contact with just an email address. You can use Data Enrichment to fetch their full name, designation, company, and more automatically.
Let’s say you add a contact with just the email “amelia@zylker.com.” After enrichment, you could get Amelia Burrows, Head of Product at Zylker, along with her LinkedIn profile, other social media handles, and the company phone number.
Availability
Data Enrichment is available only in Premier and Bigin360 edition.
Limitation
You can use up to 500 enrichments per user license per month, with an overall cap of 5,000 enrichments per organization per month. The final monthly limit is calculated as (number of user licenses × 500) or 5,000, whichever is lower.
For example Organization with 2 users can have 2 × 500 = 1,000 enrichments per month and Organization with 20 users can 20 × 500 = 10,000 which is capped at 5,000 enrichments per month.
Notes
- Enrichment limits are tracked separately for Contacts and Companies.
- Only successful enrichments are counted toward the monthly limit.
Configuration
To integrate Data Enrichment into your Bigin account, go to the Contact/Company record’s detail page, you will find a small icon near the name. The icon will be available by default, it acts as a gateway to install this topping.
Click the Data Enrichment icon, install the topping, and accept the terms and conditions.
Once the topping has been installed, you will be asked to map the WebAmigo fields to the corresponding fields in your Bigin account. This mapping only needs to be done once for Contacts and once for Companies.
When you click the button, the topping fetches contextual data and displays it side by side with the data you already have in Bigin. You can choose which value you want to update in the record.
An Additional Information tab shows you any additional information available for the record. These are fields that weren’t linked during the initial mapping but might still be useful.
If you want to make any changes to the fields you have mapped, you can do soeither from the record view page (by clicking the Edit link) or from the topping settings page by going to Setup > Toppings > Installed > Data Enrichment Powered By WebAmigo > Settings > Edit.
Enrichment Trigger Fields
By default, enrichment data will be populated based on the email field for Contacts and the company name for Companies. However, if that doesn’t suit your requirement, you can change which fields should be used to fetch the data by modifying enrichment trigger fields. To do so, navigate to Setup > Toppings > Marketplace> Installed > Data Enrichment Powered By WebAmigo > Settings > Enrichment Trigger Fields > Edit.
You can also install this from Marketplace, to do so, navigate to Settings > Toppings > MarketPlace > Data Enrichment > Install. Once you accept the terms and conditions, you will have the option to enable for users based on your requirements.
Uninstalling
To uninstall the topping, navigate to Settings > Toppings > Market Place > Installed > WebAmigo Data Enrichment > Uninstall.
