Manage records
- Go to the desired module.
- Tap the Add Record icon.
- Specify the details.
- Tap Save.
- To edit a record, tap the Edit icon in the record details page.
- Modify the details, then tap Save.
View record details
Go to the desired module and tap the record you want to view. The following details will be visible as tabs:
Info tab - Displays all the available information about the record, such as name, email, phone etc.,
Available in all the modules.Notes tab - View and create notes related to the record.
Available in all the modules.Files tab - View and upload files related to the record.
Available in all the modules.Related tab - View open activities, closed activities, deals, contacts related to the record.
Available in Contacts and Deals modules.Deals tab - Displays deals related to the product.
Available only in the Products module.
