How to add contacts to "Unsubscribed Contacts" View?
To add any contacts directly to the Unsubscribed Contacts view, follow the steps mentioned below:
1. Head over to the Contacts section of Zoho Campaigns
1. Head over to the Contacts section of Zoho Campaigns
2. Click on the More drop-down in the right corner of the screen.
3. Select the option "Add to Unsubscribed Contacts" from the list.
4. Now, a pop-up will appear stating the conditions for the contacts to re-enter the mailing lists.
Click "Go ahead" if you agree to it.
5. We arrive at the Add contacts section where you will need to enter your contacts email ID.
Note: To add more than 20 email addresses, use the Import from file feature.
6. After entering the email addresses of your contacts that you want to add to the Unsubscribed contacts view, you can choose to select the button to include any active contacts found in the email list as Unsubscribed.
7. After successfully adding your contacts, you are also shown the
metrics such as total contacts, unsubscribed contacts, deleted contacts, ignored contacts and any unsubscribed contacts already present from your email list.
