What's the difference between the Clear List and Delete List options?
There's a chance for confusion to arise while looking at the Clear List and Delete List options in a list. This document will clear the confusion for you.
First thing that you should note is that there will be a checkbox present in both the pop-ups that appear when clicking these options, as shown in the below image.
The functionality of both Clear List and Delete List will vary if the checkboxes are ticked. The table below describes what will happen without the checkbox ticked and with ticked.

In both the options, the contacts get deleted from your Zoho Campaigns organization if the checkbox is ticked. The deletion of contact is an irreversible process; once contacts are deleted, they cannot be retrieved.
