How to export unsubscribed contacts?
You can export your contacts from Zoho Campaigns to your desktop in different formats such as CSV, .XLS, JSON, etc.
- Open the Contacts tab from the navigation bar. Click All Contacts.
- Click Export Contacts option from the More option present on the top right corner.
- In Export Contacts page, select Unsubscribed Contacts.
- Also, select the fields you want to export along with the related contacts and provide a file name as reference for the export.
- Now, export contacts by choosing one of the file formats.
