Is it mandatory to associate my contact with a topic to add them in Zoho Campaigns?
It is not mandatory to associate a contact with a topic to add them in Zoho Campaigns. However, you have to associate your contact with suitable topics (chosen by them) to send email campaigns to that contact.
However this is not applicable only if you have configured other topics in addition to the default topic (Marketing). In that case, contacts will be associated with the default topic automatically.
