What happens when a contact unsubscribe?

When a contact unsubscribes, they are automatically unsubscribed from all topics in the organization. They will no longer receive any email campaign from the organization.

If the contacts were moved to Unsubscribed by you, you can move them back to All Contacts if required.
You can export unsubscribed contacts but you cannot delete them. This is to avoid adding "unsubscribed contacts" into the Campaigns account by mistake.
