What happens when a contact unsubscribe?
- If the contacts were moved to Unsubscribed by you, you can move them back to All Contacts if required.
- You can export unsubscribed contacts but you cannot delete them. This is to avoid adding "unsubscribed contacts" into the Campaigns account by mistake.
