Viewing User Access Logs

Work today is becoming increasingly digital, and remote work is the new normal. While these new modes of work have plenty of advantages, they come with a serious security concern. Critical business information is on the cloud, and employees can access it from any physical location. Therefore, a functionality that enables admins to know who is accessing the account, from where, and when has become vital.

The User Access Logs in Zoho Contracts capture the login details of all the user sessions in your Contracts account in an easily accessible format. Admins can view the current logged in users, and users by region in the charts. They can also view the login details of users for any period in the past.
