Updating Organization Info
Select the Admin tab at the top of the page. The Organization Info page will be displayed by default.
Update or enter the missing values in the Profile section of the Organization Info page, then click Update.
The Organization URL and Currency fields are not modifiable.
The address fields will be displayed based on the chosen country.
The address you enter in the Organization Info page will be used as the default address in the PARTY_A_ADDRESS contract field in your contracts.
If you use Zoho Contracts through your Zoho One subscription, the fields in the Organization Info page will be synced from the organization details in Zoho One. Therefore, the fields are disabled for editing.
Update Profile Information

Change or Remove the Organization Logo
- Select the Admin tab at the top of the page. The Organization Info page will be displayed by default.
- Click Change or Remove under the logo.
Update Regional Settings
Set the default format for the Date, Time, and Number fields in the contract documents and choose based on which time zone your organization's contracts' effective date, expiration, termination, and obligation have to be scheduled.
Select the Admin tab at the top of the page. The Organization Info page will be displayed by default.
Choose your Time Zone and preferred formats in the Regional Settings section, then click Update.
Note:
You can add custom Date/Time, Date, and Time formats. To add a custom format, select Add Custom Format from the respective format's picklist, enter the date and time elements, then click Add and Apply.
To update a custom format, click Edit
next to the custom format in the respective format's picklist, change or enter the new date and time elements, then click Update.
To delete a custom format, click Delete
next to the custom format in the respective format's picklist.
The predefined formats suggested will be based on the selected Country. When you change the Country, the value selected will be reset with the respective Country's default format.
