Defining menus helps user perform actions such as delete, add, print, export, and import.

To define actions in spreadsheet report:

1. Navigate to the Design page.
2. Select Action.
   
3. Click the (+) icon.
4. Choose the required action from the list. The selected action will be added to the menu list.

Upon accessing the application, the menus will be collectively displayed as icons. Click the respective icon to select the required action.

To remove actions:

1. Hover on the action in the list under Action section.
   
2. Click the Delete icon. The menu will be removed from the list.

Upon accessing the application, you will find that the menu is not displayed.

To edit action label names:

1. Hover on the action in the list under Action section.
2. Click the Edit icon. The label name enables editing.
3. Type in the required name for the action.
   
4. Press enter. The change will be saved.

Upon accessing the application, you will find that the action's label name is changed.
