This document provides a brief understanding of how the customer portal feature of Creator 6 is different from the existing feature in Creator 5.

Customer Portal equips an organization to enable its customers/users to log into their dedicated internal system and access restricted data.

Current: In Creator 5, customer portal feature is available under Settings. Navigate to the application > click Settings > Select Customer Portal > proceed to configure portal.

Creator 6: In the new version, customer portal is simply referred to as Portal and Customers are referred to as Portal Users. The feature is a separate module.

To configure customer portal, go to home page > select Portal on the left side navigation bar. Portal page will appear.
