2. Finance Dashboard
The Finance dashboard is exclusively designed for the Finance team, providing access to project numbers and enabling individual tracking of each project's budget and spends. From here, the team can manage Procurement Requests (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) that require finance approvals and keep track of payment completion requests.
The dashboards also enables them to access the monthly expenses quickly, which act as an integral part of financial decisions.

2.2. Dashboard Data Interpretation
Components:
Projects:
This horizontal chart presents a comprehensive list of projects, visually depicting the expenditure against the total order value for each project. This allows the finance team to do a quick budget analysis effectively.
Expense Chart:
This bar chat gives you a quick overview of the over all expenses monthly. It clearly depicts the total expense for that particular month which will help the team in financial decisions.
Monthly Orders:
This chart shows a breakdown of your monthly orders, categorized as New, Ongoing, and Confirmed orders (POs), which helps the team to be aware of the POs getting processed.
Recent Requests:
This section lists out the most recent PRs, which gives a quick glance for the Finance team to know its status and perform any action required from their end.
Key Metrics:
The dashboard will feature four cards, showcasing metrics like:
- Total projects
- Procurement Requests
- PO approvals
- Payment Requests
1. Total Projects:
Click Total Projects.
This will take you to Projects module where you can see all projects
present in the application, including both active and inactive projects.
Click on a project to view the detailed project information, which shows key financial components like budget limit, spent amount, remaining amount, and so on. You can also create a new project from here by clicking + New Project.
You may Edit the project details and view the Budget logs (if any) for each projects individually.
It also shows the Procurement (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) associated with this projects.
2. Procurement Requests (for Approval):
Click Procurement Requests.
You can view the list of all PRs that require finance approval. From here,
the team can either approve or reject the PR by clicking the appropriate
button.
3. PO Approvals:
Click PO approvals.
This will list out all the
Purchase Orders (POs) that require
finance approval. From here, the team can either approve or reject the
PO.

4. Payment Requests:
Click Payment Requests to view all PRs and POs that are fulfilled.
You will be taken to the Payment Status tab. Upon clicking Proceed To Pay, you can capture the transaction info of
the payment made (both online and offline) for that particular PR.
