This document serves as an overview of Zoho CRM's editions, language support, system requirements, storage capabilities, and mobile access.
Zoho CRM's editions
Zoho CRM is available in five editions: Free, Standard, Professional, Enterprise, and Ultimate. Each edition contains a different set of features and limits and is priced accordingly. Here's a look at some features' availability and limits across editions:

You can start with the Free edition or
start a 15-day free trial of Standard, Professional, or Enterprise editions to evaluate them. Choose your edition based on your business needs and required features. Zoho CRM is a pay-as-you-go service with monthly or yearly billing. You can upgrade or downgrade your edition anytime based on your business needs.
User licenses
- You pay for paid editions based on the number of users you wish to add. Each organization must pick one edition for all users—mixing editions isn't possible. For example, you can't have 10 users in Standard and 10 users in Enterprise within a single org.
- For roles that need limited access to the CRM, you can buy team user licenses.

You can choose your language by following these steps:
- Navigate to Setup
> General > Personal Settings in your CRM.
- In the Locale Information section, click the Edit icon.
- Choose the language you wish to use from the list.
System requirements
Zoho CRM runs in the cloud, so neither the app nor your data are stored on your computer. Since it uses
remote servers, you need a constant internet connection to access it. There's no need to download or install any files. Zoho CRM works with basic system configurations, listed below:

Note
- Zoho CRM requires browsers, APIs, and plugins that support TLS v1.2.
- You may not be able to access Zoho CRM if you've enabled Internet Explorer's Compatibility Mode. To disable Compatibility Mode in Internet Explorer 11:
- Click the Gear icon in the top right corner of IE and select Compatibility View Settings.
- Uncheck the Display intranet sites in Compatibility View checkbox.
- Click Close.
Storage space
Zoho CRM's storage space is divided into three categories:
- Data storage: Includes space used by records in standard and custom modules, their notes, and records in the recycle bin.
- File storage: Includes the space occupied by images, record attachments, and files that are associated with a record. File storage in Zoho CRM is powered by Zoho WorkDrive. This storage also includes the space occupied by files present in the recycle bin.
- Email storage: Includes emails stored in Zoho CRM, as well as their attachments.
Note: For all three categories, you can purchase additional storage space as add-ons when you hit limits.Mobile apps
Use the Zoho CRM mobile app to access your CRM data on the go. You can work offline to view, add, edit, or delete records, and your changes sync automatically when you come back online.
