Your homepage acts as a progress tracker bringing together all the important details you need, such as meetings, deals, leads, and more.
Even though the mobile screen has limited space, you can drill down into each component you have added, such as dashboards, widgets, or custom views, to see more details.
Types of homepages supported in the app
Classic view
This is a system-defined homepage that cannot be customized. In the mobile app, the Classic view includes three components:
- My Open Tasks
- My Meetings Today
- Amount by Stage.
“My Today’s Open Tasks” component will be supported in the future updates.
User's home page
This is a personalized homepage where you can access the components you’ve added in Zoho CRM web.
Customized home page
This homepage is specific to your role and profile. Once created or shared with you, it can be accessed on mobile.

Dashboards
Dashboard components added to the Zoho CRM homepage provide a quick visual summary of your key metrics and data.

Custom views
Custom View components display filtered lists of records from selected modules based on conditions you define.
For example, if the selected module is Leads, the custom views could be My leads, Open leads, Converted leads, or Junk leads. Custom view components can only be created from the Zoho CRM web.

To switch between home pages
- Navigate to the home module.
- Tap on the homepage dropdown.
- Select the homepage you want to view.
