Before you begin: The record Details View UI of the app has been updated in 2026. This document will help you understand the current interface and navigation.
Good design makes it clear what actions are possible and helps users complete tasks with minimal effort.
To make everyday tasks on the details view simpler and more aligned with the CRM web app, the mobile app has updated the details page UI, including how record information is presented and how actions are placed.
Details page: before and now
Details page changes in detail
While the core functionality remains unchanged, the details page has been updated with a new interface that offers clearer organization and more intentional placement of actions.
At a high level, the record details page is structured as follows:
Top bar
The top bar displays the module name, an edit option, and a more icon for additional record actions.
Edit
The edit option lets you modify or update the details of the record.
More menu
The more icon (

), which was earlier placed in the bottom bar, has been moved to the top to maintain consistency across the app UI.
- The actions available under the more icon vary by module.
- Common actions include delete, clone, share, review history, export, and others.
The header appears at the top of the details page and serves as the primary reference point for record information and commonly used actions.
What’s available in the header
- Record image
- Record title
- Associated company information
Actions
What’s available in the Actions
- Record actions such as call, email, check-in, clone, and more
- Custom buttons (if enabled)
Record action and custom buttons
Record action buttons provide access to a predefined set of options based on the module. These may include actions such as check-in, maps, call, clone, convert, and others, depending on the module.
- A maximum of four quick actions is available per module.
- The actions shown vary based on module functionality.
Previously, quick actions were available in the bottom bar.
Module-specific options
Some modules include additional actions or controls in the header.
Deals module
- The Deal stage is available as a dropdown to select stages.
- Deal Won and Deal Lost actions are available, similar to the CRM web experience.
Meetings module
- Includes a calendar editor with:
- Start and end time
- Meeting date
- Available free slots
Calls module
Actions such as Complete, Reschedule, and Cancel are grouped under a single Mark as Completed button.
Overview tab
The overview serves as the primary tab for viewing key information related to a record. In the mobile app, the overview tab supports three components:
Blueprint
Blueprint, which was earlier displayed in the header, is now available in the Overview tab.
You can update transitions using the buttons available in the overview tab. The View all option lets you see all transitions available.
- Business card
The business card works as a quick preview of the record and shows up to five key fields, in the same order as in the CRM web app.
Any changes made to the business card in CRM web app will be synced automatically with the mobile app.
- Kiosk
If you have an associated kiosk in your record detail page, it can be accessed from the overview tab, right below the business card.
Details tab
The details tab is organized into expandable and collapsible sections (containers in the CRM module builder to group fields).
This tab also uses smart view as a switcher:
Selecting Smart view shows only fields that contain data along with mandatory fields.
Selecting All fields shows all the available fields, including those without values.
The Related tab displays records and activities associated with the current record you’re viewing.
Related list order
Related lists are shown in the same order as configured in the CRM web app, with Notes always shown at the top. This ensures consistency between the mobile app and the CRM web app while navigating.
Email as a related list
Email, which was previously available as an individual tab like the details tab, is now available as a related list. From here, you can view all email communications related to the specific record, filter emails, and compose new emails.
Setting default tabs for the details page
You can choose which tab opens by default when you access a record’s details page. This setting is applied universally and is not module-specific.
To set a default tab
- Tap the More icon (
) > Settings (
) > Default tab for details view.
- Choose your preferred tab (Overview, Details, or Related).
