1. Who can use the Remote Sales Office bundle?
The remote sales office bundle is unification of two applications Zoho Cliq and Zoho Meeting that helps the organization build stronger and better team collaboration. This bundle is available for the following users:

New CRM sign-ups.

Trial edition users whose subscription has expired.

Users who have not integrated these applications yet.

Paid CRM users who do not have paid subscription for Zoho Cliq and Meeting.
Take a look at the following business scenario:
Your sales team gets a hot deal and the customer insists on getting the product implemented for their business within 10 days.
Challenge:
The sales manager has to onboard the product specialists, sales reps, and technicians for a quick discussion and lay the plan before committing to the customer. His biggest challenge is getting them together because the team members work from different locations and time zones.
Solution:
The sales manager can create a group in Zoho Cliq with the product specialists, sales reps and technicians who are required for the discussion and share the lead's record in the Cliq group. The members of the group will be able to share notes, important discussions and other details directly in the group which is quicker than email or phone call.
2. What is the pricing of the bundle and in which CRM edition is it available?
The Remote Sales Office bundle is available for all the paid and trail editions from Standard and above. This toolkit is available at $36/user/year.

3. I want to use only one of the applications from the bundle, how do I enable it?
In the Remote Sales office set up page, you have an option to set Cliq and Meeting separately. You can use check the option to integrate them separately.
Note that if you enable them separately, the features will not be part of the Remote Sales Office bundle. It will be considered as individual integration with the CRM application. The Remote Sales Office pricing ($36/user/year) will not be applicable for individual integrations. Read more about integrating

To enable Zoho Cliq and Meeting
- In the Remote Sales Office banner, click enable Zoho cliq and Zoho Meeting individually.
You will be redirected to Zoho Integrations.
- Click Setup Now for Zoho Cliq and/or Zoho Meeting.
4. My CRM subscription will expire next month, am I eligible to use this bundle?
Yes, you can either purchase the Remote sales office bundle or enable the trial version. You can use the bundle until your CRM subscription expires.
To purchase the bundle
- Go to Setup > Marketplace > Zoho.
- In the Remote Sales Office banner, click Buy Now.
You will be redirected to the purchase window.
- In the Buy Subscription window, click Make Payment.
To enable the trial version
- Go to Setup > Marketplace > Zoho.
- In the Remote Sales Office banner, click Setup now.
You will be redirected to the Enable trial page.
- Click Enable Trial.
5. Do I need to enable the applications individually from the Remote Sales Office bundle?
No. If you are planning to use both Zoho Meeting and Zoho Cliq you can enable the bundle right away. You can either try the trial version or purchase the bundle at $36/user/year.
