Clear processed data

Processed data is created every time data is processed for export. It is stored in Zoho DataPrep for audit purposes.

Note: This setting is only accessible to the Account and Organization admins of your organization.

You can schedule the removal of processed data older than a certain date using the Clear processing history settings.

This is a global setting to delete processed data on all datasets across workspaces at the specified time interval.
You can override this global setting using customized option to clear processed data in individual datasets. Learn more

You can manually delete processed data in datasets from individual workspaces that are no longer needed to immediately clear space and claim used up storage.
