How to add an attachment?

You can add notes and attachments using either the Notes tab or the Attachments tab.

Adding Attachments from the Notes tab:  
  1. Open the relevant record (e.g., Work Order, Service Appointment).

  2. Go to the Notes tab and click Add Note.



  3. Enter your note content and click Attach Files or drag files.

  4. Rename the file using the Edit icon [ (Optional) 

  5. Click Save.

Attachment Limits: 
  1. Up to 20 attachments per note.
  2. Total size of attachments must not exceed 150 MB.    

Adding Attachments via the Attachments tab:  
  1. Open the record.

  2. Go to the Attachments tab.

  3. Click Add Attachment.

  1. Upload files (drag & drop or select from your device).

  2. Click Save.


Info
No limit on number of attachments, but each file must be under 150 MB.
