You can add notes and attachments using either the Notes tab or the Attachments tab.
Open the relevant record (e.g., Work Order, Service Appointment).
Go to the Notes tab and click Add Note.
Enter your note content and click Attach Files or drag files.
Rename the file using the Edit icon [ ] (Optional)
Click Save.

Open the record.
Go to the Attachments tab.
Click Add Attachment.
Upload files (drag & drop or select from your device).
Click Save.
