If you have changed your POP account password, there will be an authentication failure, when Zoho Mail tries to access your account. Hence the mail account will be disabled.
You need to update the password in the Zoho Mail POP account settings to enable receiving email without any issues. If you Outgoing Server also uses authentication, then you need to update the password in the ‘Send Mail As’ section also, to enable sending email.
