Surveys in Marketing Plus let you create, personalize, and send surveys to all your contacts to collect feedback or for research. You can also collect survey responses and analyze them with the help of various reports.
You can create a survey from the Brand Studio of a marketing project.

Webinars

Webinars in Marketing Plus let you organize, presents and engage your customers and helps market your project to a global audience. You can organize webinars; customize registration forms and emails; moderate attendees; embed registration forms on your website; record, replay, and share your screen; create polls; broadcast messages; and involve your audience by holding Q&As.
 
To create webinars
  1. Go to Brand Studio and select a Marketing Project.
  2. Click the + icon next to Activities and select Webinars.
  3. In the Webinar Information page:
    1. Enter the Title.
    2. Specify the Date and Time.
    3. Enter a Description.
    4. Select a Marketing Project from the dropdown list.
    5. Select the Duration and Time Zone from the dropdown lists.
    6. Select the Repeat Type from the dropdown list and click Save.

Events

Backstage in Marketing Plus lets you plan and run events such as conferences, meetups, product launches, tradeshows, and classroom trainings. Virtual events can also be created with the help of Backstage OnAir which helps you livecast your sessions, run presentations, and interact with attendees. You can also create a microsite for the event and create tickets and badges for the participants.
