Overview
Action Panel in Zoho One brings all your actionable items from various Zoho applications into a single, unified view. It helps you stay organized by consolidating tasks, reminders, approvals, and scheduled meetings so that you can review, prioritize, and act on them without switching between multiple apps.
Whether it’s a task reminder from Zoho Projects, an approval request from Zoho Expense, or a scheduled meeting from Zoho Cliq, the Action Panel ensures that you never miss an important update again.
How to access the Action Panel
- Sign in to your Zoho One account.
- Click
icon in the top-right corner to open the Action Panel. The panel displays all your actionable items from connected Zoho apps.
- Click on any item to view details or take direct action.
- Use the date picker at the top of the panel to view your scheduled activities for a specific day.
- Use the Planner tab to view your scheduled, upcoming, or time-sensitive activities such as meetings, tasks, and reminders.
- Use the Approvals tab to review and act on requests that require your authorization.
- If multiple requests are listed from the same app, click
icon next to the request to open the related item in its respective Zoho application for a detailed view and action.
Action Panel is available as two separate sections in mobile app — Planner and Approvals.
What can you manage in the Action Panel
Action Panel aggregates actionable items from various Zoho applications, such as:

How to access the Action Panel Settings
The Settings page enables you to customize your Action Panel view according to your daily workflow.
- Open Action Panel in your Zoho One dashboard.
- Click
icon in the top-right corner of the panel.
- Under Personalize, choose your preferred Card type and View options.
- The Summary option allows you to enable or disable the visibility of your activity summary.
- Under App Source, you can choose to manage notifications for different Zoho apps. By turning on or off notifications for the applications connected to each app category, you may choose the type of updates that need to appear in Action Panel.
- Under In-app notification, you can choose which types of activities should trigger an in-app notification. You can also select how long before the activity starts you’d like the notification to appear.
