Activate Users

- Org Owner
- Org Admin
- Custom role with "Change user status" permission.
Overview
If a user was previously deactivated, you can reactivate their account at any time, provided your organization has available user licenses.
What happens when you activate a user?
- Restores Access: The user regains access to their Zoho One account and all previously assigned applications and resumes their work without any data loss.
- Roles and Permissions: Any roles, permissions, or groups the user held before deactivation are automatically restored unless manually changed during the inactive period.
In the web application
1. Sign in to Zoho One, then click Directory in the left menu.
2. Click Users, then click on the required user. You can also find the user using the search bar.
3. Click Activate.
For iOS devices
1. Open the Zoho One app on your mobile device, then tap 
in the bottom-right corner.
2. Tap Users.
3. Tap on the user you want to activate or choose Inactive Users from the drop-down.
4. Tap Activate.
For Android devices
1. Open the Zoho One app on your mobile device.
2. Tap 
in the bottom-right corner, then tap Users.
3. Tap the user you want to activate or choose Inactive User from the drop-down.
4. Tap Activate.
