Step 3: Set Permissions
The third step of Orchestration is to Set Permissions. Qntrl allows you to set permissions for which users can create and access Cards in this orchestration.
- Create Cards: Select users, teams, or roles to create new Cards in this Orchestration
- Org users: Allow all users in the organization to create cards using this form.
- Specific users : Allow individual users, teams, or roles to create cards using this form.
- Access Cards: Select users, teams, or roles to access Cards in this Orchestration
- Add individual users, roles, or teams to view this form.
- If no selection is made here, the cards will be visible to all users.
A Card's Assignee and a Blueprint's Transition Owner can access or update the Card, irrespective of what permissions they have.
Once you set the permission, click Save to save your changes or click Save and Next to move to the next step in the Orchestration.
