If you’re a digital marketing or CRO agency managing multiple clients, Zoho PageSense for Agencies is designed just for you. It gives you everything you need: client management, visitor quota control, performance tracking, all under one roof.
But before you can dive in, there are a few things we need to check first to make sure your agency is a good fit and that setup goes smoothly.
Zoho PageSense for Agencies is built on top of the existing Zoho PageSense product. This means it’s not a separate product but an additional module that gets activated in your current PageSense account. You’ll see it as a new tab, right alongside Web, Mobile, and FullStack modules.
So once you’re set up, you can:
Use PageSense for your own agency website, to run experiments, optimize pages, and analyze user behavior.
And at the same time, add and manage clients, assign them visitor quotas, and monitor their CRO performance, each from their own separate portal.
The best part? It works on a single subscription model. You purchase a visitor quota pool and divide it however you like, some for your agency’s own use, and the rest distributed across client accounts.
Is Your Agency Eligible?
To unlock the Agency Module, you’ll need to meet a few simple criteria:
You’re an actual marketing agency
You should be a functioning digital marketing, web optimization, or CRO agency with real clients, ideally more than one. If your team runs CRO efforts for clients or brands, you’re already on the right track.
You’re using the right pageSense plan
Right now, the Agency Module is only available for standalone Zoho PageSense accounts. That means:
Your account shouldn’t be part of Zoho One, Marketing Plus, or other bundled Zoho packages.
You should have a regular Zoho PageSense subscription (Optimize plan).
You have a single project in your account
For now, Agency accounts are limited to one active project. If you already have more than one, we’ll ask you to delete or consolidate them as part of the activation process.
Requesting access at presales@zohopagesense.com
Contact Zoho PageSense presales team or your account manager to let us know you’d like to activate the Agency Module. Our team will check that you’re using the right plan (standalone) and that your setup matches the eligibility requirements. If anything needs adjusting, like removing extra projects, we’ll guide you through it.
Activating the Agency Module
Once everything looks good, we’ll enable the Agency Module on your account from our end. You’ll also receive a confirmation email.
Finally, you can start managing clients
You’ll now see an Agency Module in your PageSense interface. From there, you can:
Add clients
Allocate visitor quotas to self and clients
Manage experiments
Assign user roles (You will now see an additional role (Member- Agency Manager) in your PageSense Users settings.)
