So, your Agency Module has been enabled. What’s next? This guide walks you through everything you need to do to get started: accessing your new Agency Dashboard, allocating visitor licenses, adding client accounts, and managing your project setup the right way.
Before diving in, double-check the following:
Your agency has been verified, and the Agency Module is now active on your account.
You’re using a standalone Zoho PageSense subscription (not bundled with Zoho One or Marketing Plus).
Your account has only one active project. This is a hard requirement for agency activation. If you had multiple projects, you’ve likely been asked to consolidate them.
Once you log into Zoho PageSense, you’ll see the Agency module in the left panel.
Click it, and the first thing you’ll be prompted to do is reserve visitor licenses for your agency’s own use.
If your agency also runs CRO campaigns for your own website, this is where you can set aside part of your visitor license pool specifically for that. The rest of your licenses can then be allocated to your client accounts.
Important: To get started, you’ll need to reserve at least 1,000 visitor licenses for your own use.
You can adjust these numbers anytime; there’s no lock-in. Just make sure you don’t allocate more than your total visitor license purchased.
Once you've reserved licenses for your own agency use, you'll be taken to your Agency Dashboard. This is your central hub.
Here’s what you’ll find there:
A summary of your visitor licenses: how many you’ve purchased, used, and how many are left
A snapshot of all active experiments across your clients
Trends and usage breakdown by client
Quick shortcuts for creating clients or adjusting license allocations for agency use
How to adjust the license reserved for agency
In Agency Dashboard, navigate to Plan Usage chart and click the Ellipses option ︙ > choose Reserve for Agency.
In Reserve for Agency screen, you'll see your subscription details including total visitors used and remaining. Go to the 'Adjust Quota' field to adjust visitor licenses reserved for agency.
From the My Dashboard screen, click on Create New Client.
You’ll be taken to the New Client form where you'll be asked for a few basic details:
Client name
Primary contact name, phone number, email, company name and industry
Address information: City, State, Country, and ZipCode
Number of visitor licenses to assign to this client (mandatory)
Once saved, a dedicated PageSense account gets created for your client with their own Org ID, and you’ll be taken to the Manage Clients tab where all your clients are listed.
Alternatively, you can also click New Client inside the Manage Clients tab, same flow as above.
From here, you can:
Search for clients
Edit, Delete, Mark clients as Inactive, and open client a/c on a new tab
View assigned quota vs used quota
Reassign quotas
Pro Tip: You can move licenses around freely, say, if one client needs more traffic and another isn’t using theirs. Just keep an eye on your total balance.
