How do I perform a card?

Users can perform a card by clicking the transition buttons (in orange).

Note that only the users who have access to perform the card will be able to view the next available transition buttons.

For example, upon clicking the "Review expenditure" transition button, the card progresses to its next stage in the blueprint.
