Note:
Social fields are supported in merge-fields, layout rules, validation rules, workflows, and approvals, etc, and they work as normal fields. Additionaly, it is also supported in API's.
What is Social Profile?
Social profile integration in Zoho Recruit involves connecting your ATS with popular social platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and others. This integration enables you to interact with potential candidates and manage your recruitment pipeline directly from within the Zoho Recruit interface.
How to use?
There are two ways to link social media profiles:
- Link directly with icons
- Link in the fields
Linking with Icons
Icons for Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter are available in the header of the Candidate and Contact record.
Link Facebook profile
1. Navigate to the Candidate's record in the Candidate module.
2. Click on the Facebook icon provided in the header (adjacent to the candidate's name) of the candidate record.
3. Provide the URL of the candidate's Facebook account.
4. Click Save.
Unlink Facebook profile
- Navigate to the Candidate's record in the Candidate module.
- Click on the Facebook icon provided in the header of the candidate record.
- Click Edit.
- Remove the URL from the Facebook field.
- Click Save.
Link Linkedin profile
1. Navigate to the Candidate's record in the Candidate module.
2. Click on the Linkedin icon (adjacent to the candidate's name) provided in the header of the candidate record.
3. Provide the URL of the candidate's LinkedIn account.
4. Click Save.
Unlink Linkedin profile
- Navigate to the Candidate's record in the Candidate module.
- Click on the LinkedIn icon provided in the header of the candidate record.
- Click Edit.
- Remove the URL from the LinkedIn field.
- Click Save.
Zoho Recruit provides an option for users to see the candidate's Twitter feed within the ATS. To enable this:
- Navigate to the Candidate's record in the Candidate module.
- Click on the Twitter icon (adjacent to the candidate's name) provided in the header of the candidate record.
Authenticate yourself with your Twitter account.
4. Provide the URL of the candidate's Twitter account.
5. Click Save.
You can now view the candidate's Twitter feed within Zoho Recruit without being redirected. If the profile URL is already linked, simply click Log in to Twitter.
- Navigate to the Candidate's record in the Candidate module.
- Click on the Twitter icon provided in the header of the candidate record.
- Click Edit.
- Remove the URL from the Twitter field.
- Click Save.
Linking with fields
Similar to other fields in the Candidate record, you can edit Social fields to link them.
1. Navigate to the Candidate's record in the Candidate module.
2. In the Social Links subsection > click on Edit to the respective fields (Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter)
3. Add the respective social profile url and save.
Both the fields and icons are interconnected, meaning that linking a social profile URL through the field will sync with the corresponding social icons, and vice versa.

This filter is used to view candidates associated specifically with LinkedIn.
Specific Filter: Facebook
This filter is used to view candidates associated specifically with Facebook.
This filter is used to view candidates associated specifically with Twitter.
General Filter: Associated Any Social Profiles
This filter allows users to view candidates associated with any social media profiles.
Mapping Social Profile Fields in Resume Parser
Resume Parser in Zoho Recruit allows you to map social profile fields from candidate's resumes to corresponding fields.
- Go to Setup > Resume Management > Resume Parser Mapping
- Under the Social Links, select the LinkedIn and Facebook fields, and map them to the corresponding values.
- Click Update to save your changes.
