To create a new spreadsheet:
Click on the File menu.
From the drop down, choose New Spreadsheet.
Alternatively, from the Zoho Sheet Listing Page, click on the "New Spreadsheet" on the right top.
If you're trying to create a new spreadsheet from the Zoho Docs listing page, then you'll have click on Create, and then on Spreadsheet
