How can I create short URLs?
There are two ways to creating short URLs on Zoho Social. You if you have a Bit.ly account, you can integrate it with your Zoho Social for link shortening. Or you could use Zoho Social's free built-in URL shortening service, zurl. To configure this, follow these steps:
1. Go to Publishing under Setup in your Home Screen.
2. Here, you'll find the option to set your Default Link Shortener under Publishing Preferences.
3. Select a default shortener from the two options: Bit.ly and zurl.co
Once you have selected one of the options, follow these steps to shorten any URL:
- Go to the homepage.
- Click New Post.
- Paste your original URL in the compose box.
- You'll see an option to shorten link.
- Select the option, and your shortened URL will be ready.
Bit.ly integration is only available to members on a paid plan
