Share Report
Share reports securely with a wide audience, including colleagues, survey respondents, and external organizations. You can also protect sensitive information with password protection.
Use cases:
A marketing team has conducted a large-scale customer satisfaction survey to gauge the effectiveness of a recent product launch. The team wants to share the key findings and insights with various stakeholders. They can share the survey reports with them, and those shared reports can be accessed based on different accessibility permissions.
How to Share a Report?
Click Reports > Share to share your report.
Give details for the following:
- Name the share - Give your sharing method a name here.
- Choose a report type - Select the report type either as Summary, Individual or both.
- Select a summary report - Choose the summary report from the dropdown.
- Select an individual report - Choose the individual report from the dropdown.
- Allow text responses - Allow or disallow text responses to be added to the report.
- Select a filter to apply - Choose the filter to be applied for all responses, completed or partial responses.
- Share permission - You can share your report as the following,
With a Private user | To share your report privately with individual users, select this option and enter the users' email addresses. Uncheck the selection in the Send Invitation checkbox if you don't want to email an invitation to the user. |
Within the organization | Only users from your organization can access the reports. |
Within SAML organization | To share your report within a SAML-authenticated organization, select this option and select the available configuration. To learn how to add a new configuration, click here. |
With the public | Make your report publicly accessible. Search engines will also be able to crawl this report. |
Share with a password | Securely share your report by creating a password for it. Give a password in the box below |
Click SAVE and a URL will be generated.
How to Edit a Share report?
Go to Reports > Share.
Click on the Edit icon under the report that has to be edited.
Make the necessary edits and click on UPDATE.
You can also Edit the share permission.
How to Delete a Share report?
Go to Reports > Share
Click on the Delete icon under the report that has to be deleted.
Confirm deletion by clicking on Delete.
