Import from cloud services

Zoho Tables enables its users to import from cloud services, for a seamless transfer of data.



Import from Zoho Workdrive, Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, and Box
  1. Click + ADD BASE at the top of the Bases listing page, where all the bases in your workspace appear.



  2. Choose Import from the dropdown menu.



  3. From the pop-up menu that appears, choose Cloud Services.


    Acceptable file formats include .xls, .xlsx, .xlsm, .ods, .csv, .ics, .json, .tsv, and .vcf. You can upload files up to 20MB with a max of 500 columns/fields per table.

  1. On the left, you can see a list of cloud services to choose from. Select the desired cloud service from which you wish to import the data.

  2. If you have a valid Zoho Workdrive account, you can browse the files directly. In the case of other cloud services, you'll have to authenticate the accounts.


  1. For authentication, click the Authenticate button that appears on the pop-up page once you choose the cloud service. You'll be redirected to the respective website's sign-in page in a pop-up window.



  2. Once you've authenticated the cloud service, you can see the list of files available in the supported formats. Select the file you wish to import and click Prepare. Now all the tables and fields from your files will be listed in the pop-up window.

  3. Customize your data and then click IMPORT in the top-right corner of the pop-up window.
