A field is where data of different types is organized, similar to the columns in a grid. There are more than 25 field types to help organize your data.

Create a field

  • To add a new field, click the + icon next to the field header.

  • You can also add a field by clicking Manage Fields in the view bar and then clicking the + Add Field button.

  • Choose the appropriate field type for the data you need to input.

  • Configure the field according to your needs:

    • You can set a default option, which prepopulates your field with the data you've chosen or provided.

    • You can also edit, duplicate, copy, hide, or delete specific fields.

    • The auto-fit option allows you to resize the field width based on the values in it.
