Creating a link field
To create a link field, you need to click the plus icon in the field header and choose Link.
In the field configuration section, choose the table you wish to link and the field in that table that you wish to display.
Click Create.
Creating a lookup field
Lookup fields help in retrieving relevant data from a different table.
To create a lookup field, you need to click the plus icon on the field header and choose Lookup.
In the field configuration, choose the relevant link field that has already been linked to the table of your choice. Then, choose the field of that table you wish to display.
Click Create to complete.
Create a rollup field
Rollup fields help in summarizing values in a record.
To create a rollup field, you need to click the plus icon on the field header and choose Lookup.
In the field configuration, choose the relevant link field that has already been linked to the table of your choice. Then, choose the field of that table you wish to rollup.
Choose the desired formula. (E.g. SUM for summarizing the values, or CountA to count the total values in a record)
Click Create to complete.
