Snooze a thread of less priority to hide it from your inbox for a certain time. Set a time for the thread to reappear in your inbox while you focus on the more important conversations.
Login to Zoho TeamInbox.
Click Settings icon on the top right corner and click More Settings.
Click Snooze under Personal tab. You will find a list of default Snooze preferences. You can choose to edit it to your needs.
To add a new preference, click Add Snooze. Enter a snooze name.
Choose the criteria to unsnooze your thread.
You can choose to unsnooze at either a specific day or after a specific time period. Click Create.
You can also directly change your snooze settings inside a thread.
Login to Zoho TeamInbox.
Click a thread in your inbox.
Click Snooze icon.
Click the Settings icon to customize your snooze preferences or select from default snooze preferences.
Click Custom time to directly select your preferred date and time until which the thread will be snoozed.
