In this article, we'll see how you can collaborate effectively with your team members by sharing your emails, notes, and tasks.
In the Mail module, you can enable the Streams Comments dialog as a popover or have it below the email detail view. When it's enabled as a popover, use the steps below to share an email with a colleague or a group:
Alternatively, if Streams Comments is disabled as a popover, you'll find it below the email detail view. You can follow the same procedure from step three to share the email.

In addition to sharing your emails, notes, and tasks, you can interact with the Streams elements by commenting, replying to comments, liking comments, @mentioning, attaching files, adding emojis, and removing/refusing other invitees.
When you like Streams elements such as emails, notes, tasks, events, messages, or bookmarks, you show your approval or your interest. To do so, click the Like icon in the top-right corner of the Streams Comments popover.
Note: To undo the like action, simply click the icon again.To comment on any Streams by you or others:

You can tag a team member in the Streams comments by @mentioning them. This is also another way to add them as an invitee to view an email, note, or task.

Note: The maximum file size permitted per comment is 10 MB.To remove invitees and unshare a Streams element:
You can prevent users that you've invited to view an email, note, or task from adding other users. To do so, click the Refuse Other Invitees icon in the top-right corner of the Streams Comments popover.
You'll be notified of the following Streams activities through In-App Notifications indicated by the Bell icon in the app toolbar:
